Brian Citro Quartet

Guitarist and composer Brian Citro ( ears&eyes Records , The Drastics) reunites with
drummer and composer Quin Kirchner (founder, Spacetone Recordings) in a quartet
featuring saxophonist Nick Mazzarella (Natural Information Society, Nick Mazzarella
Trio) and bassist Matt Ulery (Woolgathering Records, Quin Kirchner Group). Brian and
Quin made music earlier as part of Salamander with multi-instrumentalist Charles
Gorczynski. Coming off the release of his recent album Acoustic Pastime: Solo Guitar,
Brian has written new music for the quartet with rich, accessible melodies, unique song
structures, and a wide range of rhythms and feels.
